We “popped up” our Bike Kitchen in Craddock today during the national night out and helped to teach kids and adults how to fix, repair and tune their own bicycles. As a give back service to our Community we are hopeful to have more “Pop up” shops in the area so be sure to watch our facebook and twitter feeds for news of upcoming events!

Here is how it works: You have up to 24 hours beginning Friday April 21st @ 6:00pm to ride/log as many laps as possible on the new Norfolk Bike Loop. The starting line & registration point is at Newport Ave & 35th Street. We ask that every registered rider (ages 18 and up or with a registered adult) checks in at the event HUB by our ecoCounter kiosk on 35th street to help keep track of your laps and miles; remember integrity matters! Every time you check in on 35th street will mark a complete lap or 4 miles (note: We will be using the “inner” clockwise loop for our route). At the end of the 24 hour time allotment (6pm Saturday April 22nd) we will tally your laps and whoever has the most….WINS a prize courtesy of our beloved local bike shops!
