Welcome to "The HUB" where we utilize the bicycle as a resource to foster youth development, environmental education, community engagement, and healthy living.
Our Basic Bicycle Repair & Skills course is a great way to begin learning how to repair and maintain your bike, yourself or to brush up on your rusty repair skills while learning the rules of the road. The class meets monthly on the third Saturday of the month. Lessons typically include: flat repair, parts of the bike and bike fit, care and feeding of your brakes, shifting, hand signaling, safe lane changes and traffic 101 lessons. More advanced procedures can be covered on request. Participants are encouraged to bring their own bikes and friends*.
Limit of 10 persons per workshop; please RVP to firstname.lastname@example.org
